I think I am going to go back to using the program that I used before for tracking my run. I haven't really liked how the new one works. When I upgrade my phone I might try it again.
Got in a brief 30 minute or so run. Felt good after resting for two days. Today was the my second "Hell day" of the week and I am glad to be getting to bed not worrying about waking up before seven am. Tomorrow i hope to go and register for a Japanese class!
