5.60 mi run

Not sure about this new program. Got in a on hour run and it clocked it in at 9km. It did track where I ran but not very accurately. I'll give it another few days but might go back to my old Japanese pedometer. I would rather have my data error on being too short than too long.

Stretch, abs, pull ups done. Might add push-ups also.
