5 days no run

So it is now Thursday and I have not run again today. I had training today so had to be up early, and took a nap when I got home. I figure I would rather spend two hours catching up on rest than spend two hours mindelessly messing around as I can't focus. I have training again tomorrow and am pretty sure I will have work also (I get my sched at 7pm) so Friday and Saturday will probably be no run days again. That will have been over a full week I have let my hip rest. I did feel it again today but it was nowhere near the pain I had felt before. I hope this time off will be worth it.

Today's Menu:
Steak, salad, and mashed potatoes
One protein shake
Rice tacos, hard shell tortillas
