I'm feeling pretty sore after yesterdays run so I'm just going to do stretch, abs, and pull ups today. Tomorrow I'll go for a short run after work at night.

On the menu for today:
Lunch: 1/2 a steak, and mashers. Later maybe a breakfast sandwhich.
Dinner: Curry rice.
